30th Anniversary of INA IGS (IGS Indonesia)

PT Multibangun Rekatama Patria, a corporate member of the Indonesian Chapter of the International Geosynthetics Society (IGS), was delighted to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of INA IGS (IGS Indonesia) last night, 22 November 2022 at Ambhara Hotel Jakarta. Shout out to R. Kerry Rowe who presented a very comprehensive Keynote Speech titled “30 Years of Advances in the Use of Geosynthetics”. Also a very nice and warm special message from Sam Allen, the President of IGS.

“May INA IGS become more and more united and successful as an Indonesian geosynthetic society.”

INA-IGS is International Geosynthetic Society (IGS) Chapter Indonesia. The IGS is a learned society dedicated to the scientific and engineering development of geotextiles, geomembranes, related products and associated technologies.

Established nearly three decades ago, the Indonesian Chapter of the IGS, known as INA-IGS, is working hard to improve the understanding and take-up of geosynthetics products in the region.
